The formulas on this site come from published, citable sources, and we update a page when the guidance it relies on changes. If you spot a mistake, email care@calculations.one and we will check it.
Our Mission

ProteinIntakeCalculator.in gives you a personalised range based on your specific goal, an optional lean body mass calculation for more accuracy, a practical meal distribution, and a food log to translate the number into real meals.
Our Methodology
We use widely cited g/kg protein ranges by goal (from general health to muscle building), with an optional lean body mass adjustment (weight × (1 − body fat%)) for a more individualised target when body fat percentage is known.
